Welcome to The Warriors Martial Arts Karate Academy. By enrolling in our programs and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Our programs are open to individuals of all ages. Minors (under 18) must have parental or guardian consent to enroll.
All students must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. False information may result in termination of membership without refund.
Membership fees are payable in advance as per the chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Fees are non-transferable and must be paid on time to maintain active membership.
Students are expected to attend classes regularly. Irregular attendance may affect progress and learning outcomes.
Students must arrive on time for classes. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the session to maintain discipline and safety.
Students must wear appropriate martial arts attire (gi/uniform) and maintain proper hygiene during all classes.

Violation of conduct rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of membership without refund.
Students must be in good health to participate. Those with medical conditions must inform the academy and obtain medical clearance before training.
Martial arts training involves physical contact and carries inherent risks of injury. Students participate at their own risk. The Warriors Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during training, except in cases of gross negligence.
Students are advised to maintain personal health insurance. The academy is not responsible for medical expenses arising from injuries.
Students must follow all emergency procedures and safety protocols established by the academy.
All training materials, techniques, curricula, logos, and content are the intellectual property of The Warriors Martial Arts Karate Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
The academy may photograph or video record classes and events for promotional purposes. By enrolling, students consent to the use of their images in academy marketing materials. Parents/guardians must notify us in writing if they do not consent.
Students may terminate membership with 30 days written notice. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

The academy reserves the right to cancel classes due to holidays, inclement weather, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Make-up classes or credit extensions may be provided at the academy's discretion.
The Warriors Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
